Products & Orders

All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. MilouGlow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is a notification of receipt. Orders may be cancelled if items are found to be out of stock or if payment cannot be verified.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize MilouGlow to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

• Prices are subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping address
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• MilouGlow is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider

Section 05

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

MilouGlow ships within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Section 06

No Returns Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect size selection. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged or broken during transit
• An incorrect item was shipped due to a fulfillment error
• The order arrived with items missing

To report a damaged or incorrect order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

MilouGlow makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the suitability of our products for any particular purpose. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our products.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep candles away from flammable materials
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs from any fragrance product
• Room sprays are not for use on skin or as a food product

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilouGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

In no event shall MilouGlow's total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
